Restorative Dentistry Can Bring Back Your Natural Looking Smile

From Our Patients

I’m truly impressed! This was my second visit for a dental cleaning, and just like the first time, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in until I left. However, they exceeded my expectations when I returned with my kids. The work culture here is remarkable—highly professional and filled with experts who genuinely care about their patients.

I’ve been to many dental clinics, but this is the first one that provided such a thorough explanation regarding my concerns. The hygienist even gave me a helpful tip on flossing and brushing, considering my small mouth, to ensure I can clean the back of my teeth properly. Not only am I completely satisfied, but for the first time in a long while, I actually enjoyed a dental visit -Jo Bo

At Comfort Dental Excellence in Spring, Texas, our dentists, Drs. Hamilton Calder, Timothy Durr and Clarke Short, are pleased to offer restorative dentistry for our patients with missing teeth. We offer dental bridges, crowns, dentures–both complete and partials–to bring back a natural looking smile.

Teeth can be lost due to tooth decay and gum disease, injury or trauma, smoking, and even just with age. There are various ways we can replace missing teeth, so that you can smile with renewed confidence.

–Dental Implants: These are the most natural-looking replacements for lost teeth. They are stable, last longer than other options, and keep the jawbone under the missing tooth stable so that it doesn’t deteriorate, maintaining facial structure.

–Dental Bridge: Tooth-supported bridges are designed to damage healthy teeth because they are ground to allow adding a bridge across the teeth that will then hold the crown.

–Partial Dentures: A partial denture is used if you are missing multiple teeth but have remaining natural teeth. A partial denture often includes a thin framework or clasps that attach to the natural teeth for a secure fit.

–Complete Denture: A complete denture is used to replace all of the teeth in a full dental arch. We may suggest a complete denture to replace all of the teeth in both arches or just one, depending on your individual needs. Our dentists may suggest using a denture adhesive for improved stability.
